This is a studio for two — intimate, thoughtfully appointed, and dialled in for comfort. The covered awning porch lets you sit outside even in the rain. Inside, a 42" flat screen, iPod dock, ceiling fan, and twin heating zones in both the living and bedroom areas make every season comfortable.

• Unit Amenities: One queen bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, a reading lamp on each side of the bed. One three piece bathroom - shower, sink, and toilet A two and three seat sectional couch, a small dining table, 4 folding dining chairs, six stools for either sitting at the dining table, or to use as side tables, A regular size fridge with freezer, lots of cupboard space. On the porch are a three seat couch with cushions, two chairs without cushions, and a coffee table. The Porch is covered with an awning so you can sit outside in the rain, and offers nice shade when the sun is very hot.
• Cooking : Inside the unit there is an electric kettle, 2 slice toaster, microwave, electric griddle, a two element stove-top. Outside there is a propane gas B.B.Q.
• Entertainment : 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, and clock radio with an ipod docking station.
• Heating: Dehumidifier, electric heat in the living room area and in the bedroom area.

Tamarack 1 is a bright studio end unit — recently updated furniture and bathroom — with one of the best lake views in the whole Oxbow Club. The large deck is where you'll spend most of your time when the weather cooperates.

What sets Tamarack 1 apart from most cottages in the series is the outdoor package: two private kayaks, plus shared access to the club's full fleet of canoes, paddle boats, and paddle boards. The included Ontario Parks Pass opens up day trips to the region's best parks. Two pairs of snowshoes mean winter is handled too.

The studio sleeps up to four — a queen bed plus a sofa bed that opens to a double. The unit is remarkably well stocked, down to shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and drinking water.

Spruce — affectionately called Rainbow's End — is a non-smoking two-bedroom cottage offering a beautiful view of the lake from both the deck and the screened-in porch. It's well-equipped and brings together the beauty of a northern lakeside setting with all the comforts of home.

Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. The screened porch is one of the largest at Oxbow — with a dining table seating 8 and three wicker chairs, it's made for long summer evenings with good company. Inside, a fieldstone fireplace anchors the living room for cooler nights.

Poplar is a beautiful two-bedroom open-concept log cabin sitting right at the water's edge — conveniently close to the dock and sandy beach. The lake isn't a short walk away; it's right there, out the window, from the moment you wake up.

A beautiful fieldstone fireplace with wood-burning insert anchors the living room. A kayak and a canoe are yours to use whenever the mood takes you. In the evenings, the community dock and fire pit are just steps from your door.

The trundle sectional in the living room adds extra sleeping flexibility — ideal for families. Up to 5 guests total.

What's Included

• Bedrooms: Spacious main bedroom with queen-size bed, second bedroom with both a double and a single bed. Pillows and blankets provided, please bring your own sheets.
• Kitchen and Dining: Open concept with full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, and coffee maker, everything you need! Ample storage for food. There are three stools to eat at the peninsula or use the dining table which expands to seat six. Please bring your own tea towels and dish clothes.
• Living Room: Beautiful fieldstone fireplace with wood burning insert (wood provided), flat screen TV & DVD player, stereo, trundle sectional (for extra sleeping options) with chaise and two comfy chairs to read a book, watch a movie or enjoy the fireplace with a glass of wine.
• Bathroom: Three piece including a shower with strong water pressure. Please bring your own toilet paper, towels, wash cloths and toiletries.
• Large Deck: Overlooking the lake with table and four chairs, two Muskoka chairs and Weber BBQ with propane provided. Large screened in area to enjoy the outdoors into the evening.
• Activities : Your own kayak and canoe (orange Coleman) with lifejackets, paddles and boat safety kit. Additional outdoor games to use-check out the large deck box.
• Community dock and fire pit just steps from the cottage.

Pine — known affectionately as "The Chalet" — is an updated, well-maintained non-smoking log cabin that offers guests genuine privacy while remaining only steps from the lake. The log cabin character is intact; the interiors have been thoughtfully refreshed.

The king-size bed in the master makes this a favourite for couples. A log burning fireplace anchors the living room, and the 13×16 ft screened porch with Weatherall windows extends comfortable outdoor living well into the shoulder seasons. The bathroom was fully updated in 2015.
