Quiet corner,

Elm is a private, non-smoking two-bedroom cottage where the lake is never out of sight. From the bedroom with its large picture window to the Muskoka room's three sides of floor-to-ceiling screens, the water is always present.

"A breathtaking view of the water and early morning sunrises."

The original floors are finished beautifully, and built-in cupboards throughout keep everything neat and tucked away. A kayak and paddle are available right at your private shore area — step out and paddle whenever the mood takes you.

What's Included

  • Bedroom 1: comfortable queen bed, overhead fan, and light
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped – fridge, 2 burner cooktop, convection oven, microwave, blender, kettle, Keurig single cup coffee maker, Bodum, coffee grinder, serving dishes, storage containers, etc. and a good choice of pots and pans.
  • Living room: Sofa, TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, assorted movies, ceiling fan, wood stove
  • Bathroom: 3 piece with shower
  • Muskoka Room: Comfortable chairs and table for playing games or eating. A breathtaking view of the water and early morning sunrises.
  • Sun Deck: 8 by 16 feet with a gas BBQ and a 2nd tank
  • Private area to side of cottage
  • Shore area right in front with a kayak & paddle for use
  • Parking: One reserved space to the rear side of the cottage
  • Weekly rentals preferred - 4 night minimum

Bedroom 1: queen bed, large lake-view window, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: two twin beds (max 200 lbs each), fan, two windows.

Kayak at the Shore

A kayak and paddle are included for your stay — launch from your own private shore area right in front of the cottage.

Kitchen

Fridge, 2-burner cooktop, convection oven, microwave, blender, kettle, Keurig, Bodum, coffee grinder, full pots and pans.

Wood Stove & Deck

Airtight wood stove in the living room. 8×16 ft sun deck with gas BBQ and a second propane tank. One reserved parking space.

Weekly rentals are preferred with a 4-night minimum stay. Check-in is at 3 PM; check-out at 11 AM.

Elm comes with its own private shore area and a kayak ready to use. Paddle out at dawn when the water is glassy, or cruise the shoreline in the afternoon sun. The side of the cottage has a private outdoor sitting area tucked between the trees.
